Automatic Label Stacker SWT-LS1

This machine is designed for use on production lines to automatically feed labels into boxes containing products and apply the date using an ink-type stamp in a designated area of ​​the insert.

Using an optical sensor, the stacker detects the arrival of the container into which the insert is to be

placed, applies the date to the insert using a replaceable stamp, and ejects the insert.

The stacker can adjust the size of the insert being processed and the position of the stamp.

The stand is height-adjustable and movable (2 casters with brakes).

This equipment can be used to automatically separate whole sheet-type items (such as gift cards, certificates, postcards, game cards, postcards, greeting cards, tags, name tags, packaging bags,

unfolded cardboard boxes, labels, envelopes, red envelopes, A4 paper,

warranty cards, etc.), folded items (such as instructions, advertising posters,

various folded items of various sizes), and sheet-type items (such as

instruction manuals, index cards, notepads, anime books, magazines, and various sheet-type items of various sizes) and transfer them individually to a conveyor belt. The machine can be used for

label counting and easily integrated into equipment. It can also be used on

packaging lines in conjunction with various packaging equipment, such as pillow-type packaging machines, vertical packaging machines,
